2024-2025 Leadership Applications Now Open

Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024-2025 Fairfield Leadership Program!

Ideal candidates are rising starts in any organization who demonstrate commitment to community service and have potential for effective, responsible leadership.

About Fairfield Leadership

Fairfield Leadership is an eight-month program offered by the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce.

The program is designed to help the Lancaster and Fairfield County community meet its need for the active participation of informed, dedicated community leaders.

The Leadership Program is based on leadership principles designed to help participants develop into more effective leaders.
