2022 Small Business University - Hot Topics in HR

As part of the Chamber’s annual strategic plan, we are investing in value added training and programing for our members. The hiring of Strategic HR Business Advisors is intended to provide critical information to our members regarding the ever-evolving realm of Human Resources.

By attending, you will learn about and gain knowledge on:

COVID-19 - How it has changed the landscape of HR, what businesses need to be doing, regulations on testing and vaccines
Handbook updates - what policies need to be added
Recruiting - What recruiting looks like now
Workforce (and policy) work from home vs. working in the office

Those in attendance will have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one virtual session on March 8 with an HR professional from Strategic HR Business Advisors to further dive into questions or topics related directly to your business. Contact the Chamber to schedule a time.
