ANNUAL DINNER, TRADE SHOW, & AWARDS CEREMONY – One of the largest business/social events in Fairfield County, this annual event combines an elegant dinner, awards program, and trade fair all into one evening.

ATHENA BANQUET – This annual event honors local leaders who demonstrate professional excellence and community service, while taking an active role in assisting women with their attainment of professional excellence. Held in August.

STATE OF THE CITY – Held every year, the State of the City provides an opportunity to meet and discuss the direction of Lancaster with city officials.

STATE OF THE COUNTY – Held every year, the State of the County provides an opportunity to meet and discuss the direction of Fairfield County with our commissioners and local officials.

STATE OF THE SCHOOLS – Held every year, the State of the Schools provides an opportunity to discuss the direction of education within our local districts and the state.

ANNUAL GOLF OUTING – A day of fun for our members, concluding with a cookout in the afternoon.

CHAMBER CONNECT – This quarterly networking event brings new and current Chamber members together, allowing new members to introduce themselves and make new connections.

AFTER-BIZ MEET & GREET – Held quarterly, this casual event brings Chamber members together for an evening of food, drinks, and networking.

Programs/Services

WORKER’S COMPENSATION – Chamber members that qualify may become part of the group-rated worker’s compensation program administered by Comp Management. To receive a quote and see how much you can save, please call Comp Management at 1-800-825-6755.

RIBBON CUTTING SERVICES – The Chamber offers ribbon-cutting services on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to commemorate new-member businesses, grand openings, special events, milestones and achievements. We bring the ribbon and giant scissors; just call the office to schedule.

CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY – This online guide lists all members of the Chamber of Commerce along with their address, phone number, website, email and fax number. Advertising is only available to Chamber members.

FAIRFIELD LEADERSHIP – A nine-month course established for the training of future community leaders culminating with a capstone project. Please contact the Chamber office for a brochure and application.

CONFERENCE ROOM – The Chamber of Commerce Conference Room is available for our members to conduct meetings, seating 25 comfortably. A large-screen TV with HDMI input is available for presentations and photo/video displays. There is no charge for use of the conference room for members, but it must be reserved in advance. Please call the Chamber office to make your reservations to use the conference room.

BULK MAIL PERMIT – The Chamber’s bulk mail permit may be borrowed and used by Chamber members. Please contact the Chamber office for more information.
