Fairfield Leadership is an eight-month program offered by the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce. It is designed to help the Lancaster and Fairfield County community meet its need for the active participation of informed, dedicated community leaders. The Leadership Program is based on leadership principles designed to help participants develop into more effective leaders.
