  • Columbus CEO, USA Today Name Fairfield County Winner of Top Workplaces 2024 Award

Lancaster, Ohio - Fairfield County has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor for the third year in a row by Columbus CEO Magazine Top Workplaces and USA Today. Recipients are determined through employee feedback gathered through a confidential, third-party survey, administered by Energage LLC. The survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected, supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.

"We are thrilled and deeply honored to be recognized as the Top Workplace 2024 in Columbus CEO and USA Today,” said Steve Davis, Fairfield County Commissioner. “This prestigious award is a testament to our unwavering dedication to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and empowerment for our employees in Fairfield County. It reaffirms our commitment to providing an exceptional workplace experience."

Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built exceptional cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
