Joe Ebel has over 30 years of public health experience and has served as the Fairfield County Health Commissioner since April of 2021. He has a Master's of Science in Environmental Management and an MBA from the University of Findlay. Prior to joining the Fairfield County Health Department, he served as the Health Commissioner in Licking County for over 20 years.
