Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Diversion Services and Quality Assurance and Diversion Services Coordinator the Diversion Case Manager is responsible for providing screening, referral, and case management services to low- and moderate-risk youth accused of unruly/status, misdemeanors, and felony-level offenses, to limit their penetration into the juvenile justice system.
