Looking for a motivated person to field helpdesk tickets for multiple environments.
Certifications are a plus but not required. 1-2 years technical support experience required.
Experience should include:
- Troubleshooting skills
- Windows 10/11 OS
- Windows Server 2012 r2 or higher
- Voip phone support
- Customer Service
- PC/laptop hardware
