RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Manage and administer HRIS system to track associate data such as hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Develop, manage and conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel
- Address employee relations issues
- Benefits administration, including ACA compliance
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification highly desired
- Strong HRIS systems experience (i.e. ADP TotalSource)
- Prior experience in the restaurant / food industry is a plus
