RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Manage and administer HRIS system to track associate data such as hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, or promotions 
• Develop, manage and conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel
• Address employee relations issues
• Benefits administration, including ACA compliance
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification highly desired
• Strong HRIS systems experience (i.e. ADP TotalSource)
• Prior experience in the restaurant / food industry is a plus
