This position will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with daily administrative functions including but not limited to: welcoming visitors, answering phones, maintain sales calendar, customer follow up, basic bookkeeping, create and manage reports and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of Office Applications and QuickBooks are preferred. Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
