    Junior High and High School Studio Night Mondays, July 6, 13, 20, and 27 5:00-7:00 pm $52/$47 member Dallas Rienschield, instructor Students will learn and develop art and design techniques in a studio setting to strengthen their artistic abilities and endeavors. Students will explore and experiment with a range of art materials and tools to create and communicate personal meaning. ?Tie-Dye Workshop Saturday, July 18 1:00-3:00 pm Ages 9-16 $35/$30 member Lisa Schorr, Dallas Rienschield, instructors Using basic tie-dye techniques, students will make a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art. Please provide shirt size when registering. Cyanotype Workshop Saturday, July 25 1:00-3:00 pm Ages 7-16 $35/$30 member Lisa Schorr, Dallas Rienschield, instructors Using organic materials and man-made objects, striking blue prints will be made on treated paper using the power of the sun to create art. Elementary Painting Sundays, August 2, 9, 16, 23 2:00-4:00 pm $75/$68 member Dallas Rienschield, instructor Students will learn and apply fundamentals of creating art in a studio environment. They will develop skills and a basic art vocabulary while learning techniques to strengthen their artistic abilities and endeavors. Printmaking Camp Monday-Friday, August 3-7 10:00 am-2:00 pm Ages 13 and up Erin Holscher Almazan, Instructor $75/$68 member Decorative Arts Center of Ohio's Artist-in-Residence Erin Holscher Almazan will lead this five day workshop on linoleum relief jprintmaking. Participants will be guided through the process of planning, drawing, and transferring an image to a block, and applying various cutting techniques. The students will each cut one block that can be used for printing by hand. ? Creating Comic Books Ages 12-15 Sundays, August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and September 6 1:30-3:30 pm $75/$68 member Anna Vigorito, instructor From Marvel Studios to manga, comics have created the perfect harmony between art and storytelling. Impactful visuals become a recognizable medium on both paper and film. Grab your pencils and your imagination as we create our own comics. You will develop your own 3-5 page comic, learning the history and importance of visual storytelling.
