3 Key Objectives:
1. To increase awareness of Ohio?s law legalizing marijuana as medicine (Ohio HB 523).
2. To increase understanding of the related legal, operational and practical implications for every Ohio employer and their employees.
3. To identify the key decisions and actions that must be made by each employer prior to the law being fully operational (September 8, 2018) ? particularly related to policy,operations, and employee/supervisor awareness.
