MEDICAL INSURANCE – Insurance is available to Chamber members through our own health insurance plan with Medical Mutual. Our Chamber Insurance agents offer this plan. WORKER’S COMPENSATION - Chamber members that qualify may become part of the group rated worker’s compensation program administered by Comp Management.  To receive a quote and see how much you can save, please call Comp Management at 1-800-825-6755. 

CHAMBER’S 105 & 125 PLAN – Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), is now offering AgriPlan/BizPlan Section 105 Medical Reimbursement Plans and Flex System Section 125 Cafeteria Plans. A list of providers is included in this packet. Please call one of them to find out how this plan can benefit your company.

CHAMBER CAFÉ SERIES LUNCHEON – The Business Forward Committee of the Chamber sponsors a regular luncheon THE FIRST Wednesday of every month with timely topics for additional education.

ANNUAL MEETING - A business/social event to establish the Chamber’s direction for the coming year.  Combines an elegant dinner, special entertainment, and a trade fair with a business meeting.  Highlight of the year!  Held during January.

OCTOBER TRADE FAIR - The Women’s Division of the Chamber sponsors a trade show the First Tuesday of October each year.  This event is usually held at the Eagles with approximately 80 businesses participating.  Cost of a table to set up your display is minimal.  The Chamber provides the table, program listing, and hors d’oeuvres.  The event’s average attendance is about 500-600.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS – The Chamber offers an after hours opportunity to meet people and gain new business contacts.  It is planned and hosted by different area businesses every month.  The event usually features tours of the area business and refreshments.

CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP BUYER’S GUIDE - This guide lists all members of the Chamber of Commerce along with their address, phone number, and fax numbers.  Buyer’s Guides are distributed at no charge.  Advertising is available to Chamber members

SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER - We have the services available of a counselor to meet with prospective business people or small business people every Tuesday.  Please call the Chamber office for more information or to make an appointment.

FAIRFIELD LEADERSHIP TOMORROW - A nine-month course established for the training of future community leaders. Please contact the Chamber office for a brochure and application.



CONFERENCE ROOM - The Chamber of Commerce Conference Room is available for our members to conduct meetings.  The room seats 25 comfortably. A computer, projection screen and projector are available for PowerPoint presentations. There is no charge for use of the conference room, but it must be reserved in advance.  Please call the Chamber office to make your reservations to use the conference room.

MAP OF LANCASTER - This area map is produced every other year.  Copies are available at the Chamber office.  Advertising on the map is available to Chamber members

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT - The Chamber has an overhead projector and a TV/VCR combination that may be borrowed by Chamber members at no charge.

BULK MAIL PERMIT - The Chamber’s bulk mail permit may be borrowed and used by Chamber members.  Please contact the Chamber office for more information.

RELOCATION PACKETS - Chamber members may request relocation packets for individuals considering moving into our area at no charge.

ANNUAL SPRING GOLF OUTING  - A day of fun for our members, topped off with a cook out in the evening. Held during the month of May.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL’S DAY – This is an opportunity to say thank you to that special assistant in your office. Catered food, flowers, wonderful door prizes, the naming of the Administrative Assistant of the Year Award, and more! Sponsored by the Chamber, Eagle Gazette, and the River Valley Mall.

SAFETY AWARDS BANQUET - Held to honor those companies having outstanding safety records.

CANDIDATES FORUM - Held every October.  Opportunity to meet and discuss issues with candidates.

STATE OF THE SCHOOLS - Held every year.  Opportunity to meet and discuss the direction of education in Lancaster with key administrative personnel.

STATE OF THE COUNTY – Held every year. Opportunity to meet and discuss direction of the county with county officials.

STATE OF THE CITY – Held every year. Opportunity to meet and discuss direction of the city with city officials.
