CHAMBER CAFÉ SERIES LUNCHEON – The Chamber sponsors a quarterly luncheon with timely topics and speakers for additional networking and educational opportunities.
ANNUAL MEETING – The annual meeting is the biggest business/social event held to establish the Chamber’s direction for the coming year. It combines an elegant dinner, special entertainment, and a trade fair with a business meeting. Held during January.
ANNUAL SPRING GOLF OUTING – A day of fun for our members, topped off with a cook out in the afternoon. Held during the month of May.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS DAY – This is an opportunity to say thank you to that special assistant in your office.Catered food, flowers, wonderful door prizes, the naming of the Administrative Assistant of the Year Award, and more!
ATHENA BANQUET – This annual event honors a leader in the community who has demonstrated professional excellence and community service and who has taken an active role in assisting women with their attainment of professional excellence. Held in August.
STATE OF THE SCHOOLS – Held every year, the State of the Schools is an opportunity to meet and discuss the direction of education in our local, county and state education system.
STATE OF THE CITY – Held every year, the State of the City is the opportunity to meet and discuss direction of the city with city officials.
STATE OF THE COUNTY – Held every year, the State of the County is an opportunity to meet and discuss direction of the county with county officials.
TASTE OF FAIRFIELD COUNTY AGRICULTURE – Get a taste of of what Fairfield County has to offer with local food samples, agriculture demonstrations, vendors and family fun!
OCTOBER TRADE FAIR – The Chamber sponsors a trade show the First Tuesday of October each year. This event is held at the Eagles Event Center in Lancaster with more than 80 businesses annually. Cost of a table to set up your display is minimal. The event’s average attendance is about 500-600.
MEMBER APPRECIATION DAY – Lunch is on us! Join us for a cookout on the Chamber lawn as we make lunch and thank you for being a member.
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS OF LANCASTER – YPL strives to aid young professionals in developing a sense of ownsership in Lancaster and Fairfield County by providing unique avenues for service, networking opportunities and pathways to community leadership. Learn more about YPL at the group's website.
FAIRFIELD COUNTY SAFETY COUNCIL – The Safety Council through the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation provides a forum for occupational health and safety education and saves participating members up to 4% on BWC premiums. Please call the office for more information or to enroll.

RIBBON CUTTING SERVICES – The Chamber offers ribbon-cutting services on Tuesdays and Thursdays the second and fourth week of every month to commemorate new members, grand openings, special events and achievements. We bring the ribbon and oversize scissors; just call the office to schedule.
CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY – This online and print guide lists all members of the Chamber of Commerce along with their address, phone number, website, email and fax number. Directories are distributed to members at no charge. Advertising is only available to Chamber members.
FAIRFIELD LEADERSHIP – A nine-month course established for the training of future community leaders culminating with a capstone project. Please contact the Chamber office for a brochure and application.
CONFERENCE ROOM – The Chamber of Commerce Conference Room is available for our members to conduct meetings. The room seats 25 comfortably. A computer, projection screen and projector are available. There is no charge for use of the conference room for members, but it must be reserved in advance. Please call the Chamber office to make your reservations to use the conference room.
BULK MAIL PERMIT – The Chamber’s bulk mail permit may be borrowed and used by Chamber members. Please contact the Chamber office for more information.
